Best when sipped over 10-15 minutes for steady absorption (your gut absorbs electrolytes better than a single gulp).
🧊 As a freezie
Pop it in the freezer for 6+ hours. The format tested in our MSVU clinical study. Especially good for post-workout, hot summer days, or when nothing else tastes good (morning sickness, migraines, recovery from illness).
When to reach for one:
- After a workout, hot-yoga, or any hard sweat
- During pregnancy or breastfeeding (discuss with your healthcare provider)
- When a child needs a cleaner alternative to juice boxes
- Summer heat, hot-weather travel, or long days outdoors
