Sum Good Returns & Refunds Policy – “It’s On Us”
We want Sum Good to be something you genuinely look forward to. If your order isn’t what you expected, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Our 7‑Day “It’s On Us” Promise
If you’re not happy with your Sum Good purchase for any reason, you have 7 days from the delivery date to reach out to us.
Instead of shipping product back, we’ll work with you to refund, replace, or credit your order – it’s on us.
What’s covered
Within 7 days of delivery, you can contact us if:
  • Your order arrived damaged or leaked
  • You received the wrong product or something is missing
  • There’s a quality concern (for example, off taste, odd texture, packaging issue)
  • You tried Sum Good and it just isn’t for you
We may ask for photos and a brief description of the issue so we can understand what happened and improve.
How it works
To request a refund or replacement:
  1. Email us at info@sumgood.ca within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a short description of the issue
  3. Attach photos if there’s visible damage or a packaging concern
We’ll review your request and let you know the outcome by email. In most cases, we will:
  • Refund your order to the original payment method, or
  • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
  • Offer store credit for a future Sum Good purchase
You do not need to ship the product back to us.
A few reasonable limits
To keep things fair for everyone:
  • Our 7‑day “It’s On Us” Promise applies to retail purchases made directly through our official Sum Good online store
  • We may not be able to honour repeated “not satisfied” claims from the same account over time
  • Gift cards and promotional items are not refundable, but please reach out if there’s a quality or safety concern
Refund timing
If we issue a refund:
  • It will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear on your statement (timing depends on your bank or payment provider)
If you haven’t seen your refund after 10 business days, contact us at info@sumgood.ca and we’ll help look into it.
