Sum Good Subscription Cancellation Policy
This Subscription Cancellation Policy applies to Sum Good products purchased online using subscription purchase options on our Shopify store. For information about returns and refunds after delivery, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Subscription orders
When you purchase a Sum Good subscription at checkout, you authorize us and our subscription billing provider to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for each shipment, according to the delivery frequency and options you select.

Your payment details are stored securely by our payment processor and subscription app.

You will be charged automatically for each subscription renewal until you cancel, skip, or change your subscription.

Some subscription options may have an initial term and then continue on an auto‑renewing basis until cancelled.
Managing, changing, or cancelling your subscription
You can manage your Sum Good subscription at any time before your next order is processed.
You can:

Change your delivery frequency or next charge date

Update your shipping address or payment method
-
Skip an upcoming order

Cancel your subscription
How to manage or cancel:

Use the “Manage subscription” or “Manage my order” link in your order or subscription confirmation email, or

Log in to your account on our website and go to your Subscriptions or Orders page.
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must submit any cancellation or changes before the next billing date shown in your subscription portal or email reminder. Once an order has been processed or marked as fulfilled in our system, it can no longer be cancelled through the portal.
Orders that are already processed or shipped
If a subscription order has already been processed, packed, or shipped when you request a change or cancellation, we may not be able to stop it. In that case:

The order will be delivered as scheduled, and

You may be eligible to request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
One‑time (non‑subscription) orders
For one‑time purchases, you can request an order cancellation by contacting our customer care team as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed or fulfilled in Shopify, we’ll do our best to cancel and refund it. If it has already been processed or shipped, our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
